About me

I'm a creative strategist and brand leader with 20 years of experience at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and business.

I've spent my career upstream — not just making the work, but defining what the work should be. At Mattel, that meant building the company's first global DTC platform, repositioning UNO as a social-first cultural brand, and revitalizing He-Man for a new generation. At Disney, it meant inventing Villaintine's Day from a single audience insight and helping create the first in-park augmented reality experience. At BBDO and MullenLowe, it meant learning to translate complex business problems into ideas people actually care about.

My strength is the moment before the brief is written — when something needs to be defined, not just executed. I lead cross-functional teams, align executive stakeholders around a creative point of view, and build the strategic infrastructure that makes great work possible at scale.

I'm also genuinely curious about what AI means for creative strategy — not as a production shortcut, but as a way to think better, move faster, and find the ideas that weren't obvious before.

Outside of work: NFL Sundays, live music, and an ongoing commitment to finding things that make people laugh out loud.
