Epcot's Food and Wine Festival, typically geared toward adults, aimed to attract kids as well. Although it featured elevated cuisine, the accessible flavors appealed to a wider, including younger, audience. To bridge this gap, we introduced animated characters representing various flavor profiles, simplifying explanations of the sophisticated dishes. From sweet and sour to umami and savory, these endearing characters effectively drew more parents and children to indulge in the festival's offerings.

We also teamed up with Facebook to run the first campaign in with Place Tips. Guests could bring up each kiosk at the park to find other guest ratings and special suggestions from the Taste Buds themselves.
